This book is written by a family friend/acquaintance from Asheville, Charla Price Muller. She was struggling with what to get her husband for his 40th birthday and decided to give him 365 nights of ! This is her account. I am sure it’s hilarious and we probably all need to learn from her lessons! Apparently she’s already been discussed on the Today show and has plans for Oprah – of course that could just be the Asheville rumor mill.

When Charla Muller’s husband turned 40, she gave him something memorable. . Every day. For an entire year.
The Mullers had a solid marriage and two wonderful children, but over the years had fallen low on their to-do list. The lack of intimacy wasn’t causing them to drift apart, exactly, but their connection didn’t seem as great as it could be. Charla decided she couldn’t go on pretending the relationship they once had wasn’t important.
The couple would embark on a year of scheduled , falling over Tonka trucks and piles of laundry in an effort to make time for each other. There were obstacles along the way (work implosions, faking it) and questions came to light. Will every day strengthen a marriage, or reveal the ? Pull a couple together or drive them apart? Does good (even mediocre ) make up for things that aren’t so good?

We Made It! Kinda
We finally made the move to Virginia! I am still trying to find my way out of the boxes...where did we get all this "stuff"? An unfortunate thing happened during our journey here. My purse and computer were stolen. It is awful anytime but in the middle of a move across country it is MORE awful. I have gotten over most of my freak out, but if I start thinking about my computer I get upset. I kinda feel like my dog died (no offense dog owners with sick dogs).
